All special order items require FULL pre-payment or a flat $10 earnest deposit.  The items will be shipped directly to you upon arrival if they are fully paid for, or you may wait until class day to pick them up.  No exceptions.

All classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, when reserving by verbal or email communication.  At times, pre-payment will be required for special events.  If you must cancel for any reason, please do so no later than 48 hours prior to the class date.  Otherwise, you will be required to pay for the class in full, or be subject to a waiting list status for all future classes!  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

I accept competitor coupons from JoAnn's, Michaels or Tall Mouse ONLY at Debra's Cottage ONLY.  Minimum purchase required is $40 PER coupon used.  No other discounts or coupons apply to these offers. All returns & exchanges of other items purchased must be initiated within 10 days from the date on sales receipt.  Only product credit will be issued, no cash will be offered.  All items returned must be in re-salable condition!  The only exception to this are products found to be defective.
